Manchester United boss
Sir Alex Ferguson has outlasted over ONE THOUSAND managers in English professional football since his arrival at Old Trafford.
Manutd.com reports information supplied by the League Managers Association says 1023 different managers have either been dismissed, resigned or left by mutual consent since Sir Alex arrived at Old Trafford in November 1986.
Ferguson, in recent weeks, has seen his son, Darren, sacked by
Preston North End and former United captain Roy Keane leave Ipswich Town.
The Scot joined United from
Aberdeen over 24 years ago.
