Manchester United remain keen on Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio.

TMW says United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is a big fan of Marchisio and would love to bring the midfielder to Old Trafford in January.

However, the feeling in Turin is that Juventus will not consider any January bids as Marchisio is a regular starter in Luigi Del Neri's team.

Manchester United are in talks with Monterrey for centre-forward Humberto Suazo.

Itasportpress and Mexican sources state United will have a delegation in the country later this week to discuss terms over the 29 year-old.

Suazo has been followed by United scouts this season and has been in outstanding form for Monterrey.

The Mexican giants rate their star man at €10 million.
