Both Arsenal and Manchester United have their eye on Sunderland's right-sided player, Ahmed Al Muhammad.

The 23-year-old is on a season-long loan at the Stadium of Light and has been a big hit for Steve Bruce's side so far this term.  Sunderland reportedly have the possibility of a £2million deal for Al Muhammadi next summer with his Egyptian side ENPPI.  But, according to Sky Sports, both Arsenal and Manchester United are also keen on signing him.Al Muhammadi has already played 27 times for the Egyptian national team, where he is the starting right back. For his parent club ENPPI he played as a right midfielder in a 3-5-2 formation. And this versatility is an important factor in Al Muhammadi's ability – he can play all across the right flank, and sometimes even as a left back.  He even played as a forward for the Egyptian Under-20 national team and has an excellent shot from distance. He possesses a versatility bound to appeal to both Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson.However, Al Muhammadi's trademark is precise, pinpoint crosses – which provided his popular nickname "The Egyptian Beckham." He is also very fast, strong and boasts good heading ability.With Sunderland only having a loan agreement for the player at the moment, Sky Sports reports that Manchester United and Arsenal could try to snatch Al Muhammadi from under the Black Cats' noses.

Laaa..dia ni rupanyer Beckham dari Egypt tu!! Ahmed Al-Muhammadi player dari Sunderland yg baru berumur 23 tahun ni aku tengok kira ok gak la cara permainan dia!! Time dia main lawan MU dulu, aku tengok gaya dia ada ala-ala Valencia gak..ortodox type of winger and rajin turun ke bawah bantu pertahanan!! Mula2 dulu at the beginning of the season aku ingat siapa la mamat dgn nama Islam main utk Sunderland ni..lani aku akui la yg dia memang boleh cope dgn gaya permainan di EPL!! Aku respect dgn Steve Bruce yang berani amik player yg tak dikenali utk main dlm team dia..contoh bakat lain yg dia cungkil antaranya si Figueroa and Palacios!! Haa..kalau diteliti betol2 si Steve Bruce ex-MU kapitan ni ada gaya SAF gak, so dia ni pun aku rasa antara candidate yg layak utk dijadikan pengendali MU suatu hari nanti!! Bila aku baca2 balik,si Wenger ada gak dilaporkan berminat nak dapatkan Egyptian Beckham ni membuatkan aku tertanya-tanya..manakah team yg paling sesuai utk Al-Muhammadi ni?? Takut pulak dia jadi mcm si Amr Zaki striker dari Wigan tu..awal musim bagus sangat then cepat besar kepala,last2 kena tendang keluar!! Apa2 hal..aku memang seronok bila baca gosip2 liar macam ni!!
