Gary Neville to make sensational Man Utd return to solve injury crisis...

Injury crisis at Old Trafford with Man Utd defenders Rio Ferdinand, John O'Shea, Rafael, Nemanja Vidic and Jonny Evans all out.

Gary Neville will answer the call of Sir Alex Ferguson to reverse his retirement decision after Manchester United were plunged into injury crisis.

The former England full back retired from Football in February, but injuries to Rio Ferdinand, Rafael, Nemanja Vidic, John O'Shea and Jonny Evans has seen Neville reconsider.

Sir Alex Ferguson previously rebuffed the claims - "Gary Neville? He's retired! Shall we see if Paul Parker is fit too?" - but Neville is believed to have convinced Ferguson he could do a job.

It would hardly be without precedent. Man Utd's title rivals Arsenal have after all just moved for Jens Lehmann to solve their goalkeeping woes.

Gary Neville has announced his retirement from the game with immediate effect.

The veteran Manchester United full-back has not played since the New Year's Day victory over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.It was the 35-year old's 602nd appearance for the Red Devils. He also won 85 England caps.

"I have been a Manchester United fan all my life and fulfilled every dream I've ever had," he said.
"Obviously I am disappointed that my playing days are at an end, however it comes to us all, and it's knowing when that time is and for me that time is now.
"I have played in the most incredible football teams, playing with some of the best players in the world as well as against them and I have been lucky to be a part of the team's achievements and the club's great success.
"There are so many people I want to thank and of course top of that list is Sir Alex Ferguson."He has given me so many opportunities and countless support over the last 20 years, he is truly one of the greatest managers and I have to thank him for that."There have also been so many great players that I have had the privilege to train and play along side. The experiences we've shared will be with me for the rest of my life.
"Also all the coaches I have played under from youth level right through to now, who have guided me through my playing days. And finally, the fans, who have always shown me unbelievable support, they know how special they are to me and this club.
"I am looking forward to new experiences and the club will always be a part of my life going forward however the most important thing now is for the club to continue with the success that is synonymous with Manchester United and I will be supporting them all the way, as a fan."

So long Gary..thanx 4 everything!! Memang terkejut gak la bila dengar si Gary ni bersara serta merta..ingatkan dia akan stay sampai end of the season!! TAPI aku dah dapat agak pun dia akan bersara hujung musim ni coz aku tau dia tak kan join team lain selain Man Utd..kan gelaran dia RED NEV..he always been a reds devils all his life!! Manchester United captain Gary Neville accepts he faces a battle to get back into Sir Alex Ferguson's first team.

The Mirror says a United fan was drinking in a local bar and was surprised to see Neville having a pint the night before an Old Trafford game.

When she asked if that was OK with Sir Alex, Neville replied: “I’m not playing.”

And when she asked why, he said: “Not been picked. I was all right ten years ago but I’m rubbish now.”

Kesian Gary..nampak kecewa sangat!! To Gary..all I can say is dont give up and do your best in the training!! I watch your games since the ninetees and i believe u still give something to the club and I hope u can last like Giggsy n' Scholesy!! But if SAF think that your time is over please dont be upset..be proud to what u have did to the club and please give your SPECIAL advise to our young lads especially Rafael who I think the right person to replace you at the right back position!! GGMU and you always have a special place in Man Utd fan's heart..do you agree guyz??!!

Gary Ganti Ole..!!

Sir Alex Ferguson is reportedly keen to appoint Gary Neville as manager of Manchester United’s reserves in succession to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Sunday People reports that the Norwegian plans to return to Norway as coach of Molde - his former club - and that Ferguson will grant the legendary striker an exit from Old Trafford.
The Scot will be turning to his veteran defender and one of his main advisers in the dressing room to take over the job.
United captain Neville is seen as fit for the role even though he is still a key defender in the Red Devils’ first XI.
Should Neville want the job, Ferguson will let him take it part-time so that he can still fulfil his first-team squad duties.
Neville is one of the oldest players at Manchester United and has been in and out of action in recent seasons through injury.
Coaching is in his plans but he does not wish to give up his jersey too readily.

Entahla..kalau Ole nak blah dari MU utk take over as manager at his old club..congrats and good luck to him. And if Sir Alex rasa Gary betol2 sesuai utk ambil alih tugas Ole..aku sokong je la!! Maybe karisma Gary bole menaikkan semangat player2 reserve,lagipun dia kan club captain..mesti diorg respect dia punyer!!
